You have chosen which flooring product you are after, and now you are wanting to order it. We offer multiple ways to order, so you can order the way that suits you best.

Check Stock Availability
Before you order, you are best to confirm with us availability of your chosen product. Â While most products are in readily available from our suppliers, there are times that some of the popular products may run low or out of stock. When stock does run out, don’t despair as it is usually not for long. Confirming with us before you order will minimise any disappointment with your chosen product not being available.
Order Through Our Website
This would be the easiest option we have. At this stage we don’t offer payment at time of check-out, but this way we can confirm the details of your order including delivery and any extras you might need, and then you would be able to make payment.
- Locate the product you are after on our website.
- Enter the quantity in square metres you are after in the box next to the ‘Add to Cart’ button and then click this button. This has to be in quantities rounded to the nearest box, but don’t worry it will tell you your nearest box up and down if you don’t get it exact.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you are after additional products.
- Click on the ‘View Cart’ button or the shopping cart button on the right hand side of the top menu.
- Double check the products and quantities you have added to the cart and change these as required.
- Click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button at the bottom of the cart totals.
- Fill in your details from Name to Address and most importantly your contact details. Don’t forget to put details about your delivery requirements in the Order Notes section.
- Once done filling out all your details, press the ‘Place Order’ button at the bottom of the page.
- We will then be in contact with you during business hours to finalise your order, arrange payment, and then delivery of your new flooring.

Order Through Email
If you have received an official quote through email from us, you can reply to this email confirming your order and any changes you might need to make. Â Even if you haven’t received a quote from us, you can still email us at: [email protected]
Make sure you include all the important information to help us with your order including-
- Name
- Contact Number
- Products and Quatities
- Delivery method you are after
Once you have sent this email to us, we will then be in contact with you during business hours to finalise your order, arrange payment, and then delivery of your new flooring.

Order Over The Phone
If you would like to talk to someone over the phone to clarify details of your order and then place the order directly with them, you can do this by calling us on 1300 852 432. We will collect all your details and details about what you would like to order, and we can even arrange payment with you over the phone. Â You will be also emailed an invoice showing details of your order.

Order in Person
Of cause it you are wanting to visit us in our showroom and place an order in person with us, you are more than welcome to. Just come visit us at our showroom and one of our friendly sales people will be able to arrange this for you. Do note that due to the vast range of products and colours you can choose from, we do not keep them stocked here and will order your products in for you. This is why it is best to order in advance so we can order it in for you.
